Distilled by Melly Barajas and her staff of women at her small distillery in Valle De Guadalupe, Jalisco, using only fully matured agave, cultivated at the height of their sugar production. After distillation, the tequila is rested in reused American whiskey barrels for 8 months before bottling. Reusing the barrels multiple times lends this outstanding reposado a very pale color and allows it to retain the verdant and crisp qualities of the original agave distillate.
