The first age-statement whiskey from St. Paul's O'Shaughnessy distillery is made from a mash of malted barley, distilled in copper pot stills, and aged for 10 years in Bourbon barrels. It's then finished in Malaga wine casks, which adds notes of stone fruits and marzipan that marry wonderfully with the malty character.
