Sourcing fruit from Santa Rita Hills, Los Olivos, and Santa Maria Valley, this Pinot leads with aromas of cherry, cola, and toast. The vineyards are exposed to even amounts of sun, rain, and fog as well as warm day and cool night extremes, which offers a long growing season for the grapes. Aged in a combination of stainless steel and oak, the resulting wine has both rich fruit flavors and good acidity.
