Distilled from 100% Minnesota rye and aged for more than 7 years in charred new oak barrels. It has a sweet nose, with notes of caramel, toffee, citrus, vanilla, herbal, grains, and toasted oak, followed by flavors of butterscotch, nougat, sweet churned butter, honey, apple, cardamom, nectarine, dried stone fruit, dried orange peel, cocoa, oak, vanilla, white pepper, dill, and baking spices.
