Description
Exacting, cut-no-corners technique combined with premium base materials usually leads to good things. This limited blend (ensamble) features equal parts Espadin (the classic workhorse of Mezcal), wild harvested Tepexate (a high-altitude, uncommon variety highly regarded for adding notes of passion fruit, marzipan, and cinnamon), and the powerful Madrecuixe (variety known for its heady warming aromas and flavors flashing towards just mown grass or bamboo with papaya and pineapple). Milled by hand, roasted in pits, distilled in classic copper stills, and aged in glass for three years before release, this is mezcal made without compromise. 50.3% ABV
