Their vines were planted in 1989 on eastern slopes with morning and afternoon sunshine. Crisp apple, pear, honeysuckle blossoms and butterscotch aromas jump from the glass as you swirl it. Flavors of bright citrus, juicy pears and ripe apples layered with crème brulee and toasty oak notes are balanced and focused. The palate is refreshingly clean and smooth with a long, juicy finish of butterscotch and cream.
