Blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes. Been offered in the USA about as long as any well-known sherry. A soft sweet nose to it and you’ll find rich caramel, toffee and butterscotch flavor s with a finish of cherry kirsch-like liqueur and a hint of chocolate. Aged a average of seven years in a solara system of blending that gives it a mature and smoothness that is addictive. Try as a dessert all by itself or serve with nuts and fruit.
