This lovely traditional Alsatian field blend of majority Riesling, Auxerrois and Pinot Gris is a rare treat. Floral nose with touches of peach an apricot, a balanced and round palate finished with elegant acidity. The grapes come from the Prediger “Preacher” vineyard just below the Kaefferkopf Grand Cru.
