A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvedre. Plenty of character and complexity, yet still refined and elegant. Fruit notes of dried cherry and plum, and hints of herbs and spice pair well with a variety of dishes from simple green salad, to roasted chicken with mushrooms.
