It is a dry rosé wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes. The terroir is mainly sandy plateau silt, at a place called “Le Saut Au Loup”, on the left bank of the AOC Chinon.Blend of 70% direct pressing rosé wine and 30% bleeding. Persistent and bright, this lovely rose can stand up to plenty of dishes.
