Description
A blend of vintages made from apples grown in orchards planted entirely in the traditional, free-standing hautes-tiges method. Double distilled in a copper alembic pot still, then aged 6-9 years in a variety of lightly used and well-seasoned French oak casks. Soft and sweet with great acidity, this expression sings with notes of green apple, vanilla, and baking spice; a touch of vanilla, smoke, and spice compose the palate and finish with a subtle hint of beeswax.
