This single malt whiskey is made in Dampfwerk's St. Louis Park distillery from 100% Minnesota-sourced pale ale and chocolate malt. It's first barreled in Minnesota-made American white oak barrels and then finished in a selection of red wine barrels to lend it softness, depth, and a delicate nature.
