Their excellence in winemaking is anchored in their ability and talent to source superior grapes from a number of key sustainable growers. The fruit matters the most and becomes the heart and soul of this good cabernet. After 18 months aging in French oak barrel, the blending begins. Solid fruit flavors of black raspberry and red currant and juicy plum are not hard to find. Lots of soft anise seed,toasty cedar and vanilla last into the finish. Tannin is firm yet balanced into the fruit layer. A truly refined Cabernet with all the right tastes.
