Caruso & Minini's "Nebacco" is a wine that needs no introduction. It is an authentic expression of the lands dedicated to Nero d'Avola, a highly prized native grape variety and the cornerstone of Sicilian winemaking tradition. Dedication and care go into its production, starting with the selection of the grapes, hand-harvested in September. Maceration and destemming continue, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine ages partly in 225-liter barriques for four months, and the remainder for eight months in stainless steel tanks. A great red, elegant and harmonious, capable of satisfying the most discerning palates.
