Brovo American Aperitivo was developed to pair with blanco tequila. A solid citrus base of grapefruit, orange, and lemon is paired with blueberry's acidic cousin, bilberry. Schisandra berry, a Chinese berry with umami, sour, bitter, sweet, and salty flavors, adds depth to the flavor range. It's lightly sweetened with agave nectar.
