A true "Grower Sake." All of the rice is grown within view of the brewery by the people who make the sake. Established in 1917, this bottle is named for the brewery's location in the northern most prefecture in Japan. Filled with bright, floral and botanical notes, there is a noticeable salinity that is balanced by the off-dry, medium body. Created to be incredibly food friendly - no surprise as Master Brewer Koichi Moriya is also an acclaimed chef.
