Released for the first time in 2020, Ardnamurchan's single malt whisky comprises an equal proportion of peated and unpeated malt. The cask makeup is 65% ex-bourbon barrels from Kentucky and 35% ex-sherry casks, both Oloroso and PX, from Jerez. A true reflection of its rugged Western Highland location, the whisky boasts notes of oyster shell, campfire embers, waxy peel, honeycomb, strawberries with black pepper, and a lingering maritime finish.
