Introduced in 1846, Aalborg Taffel Akvavit is the archetype of a clear, Danish akvavit. It has a clear taste of caraway seeds, but if you close your eyes, you can sense a discreet aftertaste of orange. It goes perfectly with a piece of marinated herring served with an onion ring.
