The newest project of Dixon Dedman, the master blender behind the acclaimed Kentucky Owl brand, The Phoenix Blend is the first release in a series of small batch offerings. The mouthfeel is viscous with notes of caramel and vanilla on the front, moving to bright ripe red fruit in the middle, and finishing with a mild peppery spice.
