From the tiny Basque region of morthern Spain comes this exciting white wine. It is dry, crisp, and certainly dynamic. This type of wine often costs much more, so when we had the opportunity to offer something this unique at such as affordable price we jumped at the chance. This would be super as an aperitif, or pair with oysters on the half shell.
