Kitz Bianco is a fresh, fruity wine that brings sunshine and happiness even on the cloudiest days. The wine expertly blends Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay sourced from a set of vineyards between the Trentino-Alto Adige municipalities of Bolzano and Caldaro, showcasing porphyry (volcanic with iron and quartz) and calcareous (limestone) soils. These characteristics give the wine fantastic mineral-driven aromatics which lead to beautiful ripe apple and white flowers, with a palate of green apple and citrus.
