100% Grenache showing dark cherry, thyme, raspberry parfait, violets, orange rind, slate. Fruit is dry farmed and hand harvested grapes from Old Potrero Vineyard in Arroyo Grande Valley. 30% whole cluster fermentation with native yeast. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal SO2 added. Serve slightly chilled with anything off the grill.
