The Sagemoor Estate White Blend is 87% Sauvignon Blanc and 13% Semillon from the relatively new White Bluffs AVA region in Columbia Valley, named for the layer of chalky, ancient lakebed sediment found in the soil which gives vines planted here a unique mineral composition compared to the rest of the area. Skillful blending percentages showcase both varieties clearly.
