Description
This organic steel-aged Chablis is as good as it gets. Fruit comes from the hillsides of Courgis, which are dominated by the region's signature Kimmeridgian soils. Racy notes of lemon juice, chalky citrus, and rain-kissed rocks burst from the wine's saline-driven palate. The wine is fermented and aged in a combination of steel and concrete and only 1,000 cases are made. Once the wine opens it's a bit natty, so be aware that isn't your grand dad's Chablis.
