We get it, season 8 sucked. But this whiskey is really tasty and shouldn't be overlooked because we were rooting for Jon. Mortlach is known for sherry-cask finishes and this takes first fill sherry cask scotch, finishes it in ex-bourbon barrels, making it very sippable.
