Description
It’s only appropriate that my very first wine selection at Surdyk’s is the Los Conejos Malditos Rosado, as I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ROSE! I’ve had a few customers asking for something to sip on while sitting on the patio (what I refer to as a “patio pounder”): this is the one! Los Conejos Malditos Rosado is a gorgeous pale copper in the glass, with light citrus aromas. Tempranillo grapes are lovingly handpicked at the end of September and aged under strict temperature control in stainless steel until December to create this lovely dry, light to medium-bodied wine. It drinks like a fresh strawberry picked straight from the field. Bright acidity and juicy fruit notes make this a perfect sipper for a late summer evening on the deck. Pairing this Rosado is easy: all it needs is a glass… or not, I don’t judge! - Keri Brown, Surdyk's Consultant
