What better way to celebrate summer than with a glass of spritz-y punch outdoors!
Ok, we agree... a good spritz is great ANYTIME & ANYWHERE!
Here is fun one to try:
Citrus Aperol Spritz Punch
Makes 2 Liters
Ingredients:
1 750ml bottle of Cantina di Sorbara 'Via Emilia' Brut Spumante
3 cups blood orange sparkling mineral water, chilled
1 cup Aperol Aperitivo
2 oranges cut into thin wedges
1 grapefruit cut into thin wedges
Ice cubes to serve
Method:
Pour the brut spumante, blood orange mineral water, & Aperol into a punch bowl. Gently stir to combine. Add oranges and grapefruit.
To serve, ladle with fruit from the punch bowl into glasses with ice.
