This L'Encantada XO bottling is a cooperative project between PM Spirits and groundbreaking Armagnac caskhunters L'Encantada. L'Encantada producers distill directly in the heart of their fields, with a mobile Alambic Armagnacais still, before L'Encantada matures the juice in oak, and rests it in Gascony.
