Organic rye grown by family farmers is milled and distilled at La Crosse's geothermal-powered distillery and aged in oak barrels on the banks of the Mississippi River. Ground espresso beans from Wonderstate Coffee in Viroqua, WI, and maple syrup tapped from the native trees by Embark, are married together with the rye whiskey.
