Nose: Fruit forward with peach and apricot notes but that's just the beginning. Honeycomb, candied ginger, vanilla wafer, malty biscuit and light chocolatey notes follow. No doubt this is Irish Whiskey at it's finest. Very complex. Palate: Full bodied and intense; stone fruit on the palate but it leans towards pear along with orange peel, honey sweetness, custard and pepper. Tokaji barrel adds nice fruit and spice complexity. Finish: Long, intense and warming. Flavors of dried fruits and milk chocolate. Excellent quality. Something special here. #LUXURYSPIRITS
