Bruno of Cologne was the founder of the Carthusian order. The grapes are grown in steep vineyards in the Mosel and Ruwer valleys with perfect exposition and late soil. All grapes were picked by hand and gently pressed. In the cellar it is done as little intervention as possible. The nose gives an early idea of what will come next on the palate. Very classic with cool, light citrus fruit and lots of spicy slate aromas, delicate but with a sensational drinking flow.
