Description
The "late harvest" of Riesling, with Botrytis cinerea developing on the grapes results in a higher level of residual sugar in the noticeably sweet wine. Fruit comes from the Yakima Valley. A trademark tangerine and apricot flavor folds around a solid acidity for good balance. Fermented entirely in stainless steel for a clean, pure taste. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with fruit sorbet or poached pears for a delicious dessert.
