From Grandes Distilleries Peureux, a new aperitif, Griottini, a cherry and absinthe herbal liqueur. The typical anise flavor of absinthe is enlivened by a maceration of Griottines cherries. Serve on the rocks and garnished with orange peel for a balance of sweet and bitter, or add a splash of sparkling water, but it will be really fun to get creative with absinthe cocktails.
