Description
Not just an entrepreneur but a true visionary, Dan Duckhorn was the first Napa winemaker to see the potential for Merlot as not just something to blend with Cabernet but as the primary grape in a great Napa Valley wine. This 2010 hasn't been rated yet but Wine Enthusiast Magazine scored the 2009 91 points saying "A lovely Merlot, this is pure, vibrant and elegant. It has classic cherry, red-currant and cedar flavors, and while there’s sweetness at the core, the finish is thoroughly dry. Enjoy with grilled meats.
