100% Pinot Noir from 30-year-old vines grown in Portlandian soil, with an Upper Jurassic layer composed of limestone. Made using organic fertilizers, no insecticides. Direct pressing, cold settling, and controlled fermentation temperature. Maturing on fine lees. Fining and filtration before bottling. The wine is aged in 100% stainless-steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness. Bottled at the Estate. Alcohol: 12%
