Direct pressing, cold settling, and controlled fermentation temperature. Maturing on fine lees. Fining and filtration before bottling. The wine is aged in 100% stainless-steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness. Bottled at the Estate. Alcohol: 12%
