Baker’s Field Bread
Stone-milled grain from farmers in the upper midwest are produced at the Food Building in Northeast Minneapolis. We receive a limited supply daily!
One of the gems of our city, this owner-operated independent bakery makes some of the best European style breads anywhere! We receive daily delivery, but our items go quickly!
A traditional French baguette with a crisp crust and firm chewy interior, each loaf is hand-formed and baked daily.
A free form “rustic” Italian style loaf with a chewy crust and light interior crumb.
Rustic loaf with the addition of Nicoise and Sicilian olives.
A classic sourdough loaf with a thick crust, great for sandwiches.
Traditional dark country loaf with a thick crust.
Fruit and Nut
Whole wheat and rye flours, with raisins, golden raisins and nuts.
Our grainiest loaf, made with 5 grains, flax, and pumpkin seeds.
A rich, buttery, braided egg bread, offered only on Friday.
Tip: Watch for the occasional pack of crispy chocolate chip cookies & fudgy double chocolate cookies near the bread.
