Made from diverse selections of Pinot Noir, the Diamond Collection Rosé of Pinot Noir is light in character and elegant on the palate. Pleasant flavors or roses, raspberries, and currants are balanced by crisp, natural acidity. Minimal skin contact at pressing provides the delicate hue. To preserve the wine’s light flavors and lifted aromatics, the grapes are fermented in carefully temperature-controlled conditions.
