The sublime character of this extra añejo tequila is achieved by an extended aging period of five years: first in American whiskey casks then separated into amontillado, oloroso and pedro ximénez sherry casks before being recombined. Sherry, dried plum, raisin, ripe apricot, brown sugar, clove, cinnamon, cacao and an intense aroma of oak appear on the nose, followed by flavors of cinnamon, cacao and clove with hints of tobacco and a long finish of dried plum and caramelized walnut. #LUXURYSPIRITS
