(31% Marsanne | 24% Albariño | 18% Grenache Blanc | 15% Roussanne | 12% Picpoul) Love White is meant to be a fresher style of a Rhône-inspired white that is structured, delicious and infinitely drinkable with notes of golden fruit, white flower, and a pleasant salinity. Grapes are sourced from 3 vineyards: Love Ranch, North Canyon Vineyard, and Windmill Vineyard (all three are CCOF) from Madera, Santa Maria Valley, and Yolo County in California. Broc Cellars wines are made using spontaneous fermentation, only using native yeasts and bacteria that exist on the grapes. No nutrients, yeast, bacteria, enzymes, tannins, or other popular fermentation agents are added in the process. Sulphur is a naturally occurring element in all wine, the amount found can vary. We add little to no S02, depending on the wine and style.
