Distilled from molasses by St Lucia Distillers, the last operating distiller on the island of St Lucia, this is aged 2-5 years in ex-bourbon casks. Flavors of baking spice, vanilla, caramelized banana, and toasted sugar; finishes super clean with very little residual sugar. Incredibly lean for a dark rum, making it highly versatile in cocktails.
