The name of Bordiga's classic Alpine liqueur literally means 100 herbs. Very similar to green Chartreuse but lower in alcohol. A veritable garden in a glass with lots of   fresh mint, thyme, green grass-y aromas and a bright finish just slightly more bitter than sweet.
