A mixed mash bill single pot still distillate that includes malted barley, unmalted barley, oats, and rye, all grown locally in Ireland, is initially matured in heavily charred ex-Bourbon barrels from Kentucky. It's then finished in Marsala casks, layering spice and juicy citrus notes from the wine casks on top of the vanilla and honey notes from the bourbon barrels.
