Its blend is made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region. They ensure a consistent house style by using three different years. The cuvee is characterized by small, intense bubbles with aromas of fresh fruit and floral notes. Its full-flavored palate balanced by lively acidity bears witness to the aging of this cuvee in Billecart-Salmon's limestone cellars dating from the 17th century.
