Description
Fiddler Wheated is a very small-batch bourbon (only 4 barrels blended at a time) crafted from a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley—featuring a higher wheat content than most wheated bourbons on the market. Aged a minimum of five years in new, 53-gallon American oak barrels (with specific component ages listed on each batch), a portion is double-oaked for added depth and richness. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV with no added color, it opens with notes of clove and citrus, balanced by the softness of the wheated mash bill and finishing with buttery toffee on the palate. Formerly released as Fiddler Unison, this flagship expression of the Fiddler lineup highlights the exceptional distillates selected and finished by ASW—approachable, nuanced, and built for sessionable sipping.
