Fiddler Wheated is a very small-batch bourbon (only 4 barrels blended at a time) crafted from a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley—featuring a higher wheat content than most wheated bourbons on the market. Aged a minimum of five years in new, 53-gallon American oak barrels (with specific component ages listed on each batch), a portion is double-oaked for added depth and richness. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV with no added color, it opens with notes of clove and citrus, balanced by the softness of the wheated mash bill and finishing with buttery toffee on the palate.
