Description
Distilled from a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley, and aged a minimum of 5 years in new 53-gallon American oak barrels with varying char levels. Each small batch (4–5 barrels) is thoughtfully finished in light-, medium-, or heavy-toasted barrels—details noted on every label. Brûléed sugar and warm baking spice lead into notes of fresh wheat bread and cinnamon, with a lingering finish of toasted pecans. Non-chill filtered, no added color, and bottled at true cask strength (ABV varies by batch). Gold Medal Winner – 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
