Distilled from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, and aged a minimum of 6 years in new 53-gallon American oak barrels with varying char levels. Each small batch is finished in light-, medium-, or heavy-toasted barrels—details noted on the label. Notes of mint and mace lead into butterscotch and oak, with a richly layered finish.
