Made on a 5th-generation estate in Los Altos de Jalisco using only agave, water, and yeast. Aged two months in American White Oak and one month in French Oak. Bottled unfiltered by hand at the source, it offers flavors of banana, vanilla, cooked agave, oak, and baking spice.
