100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) primarily from very old vines (40-80 yrs) from nine different villages in the province of Burgos and Valladolid. The harvest was done by hand. This wine shows an elegant purple color in the glass. On the nose it expresses the aromatic potential of the tinta fina with its red fruits and liqorice nuances. The 17 months in oak barrel offers spicy notes on the nose and a silky touch with good acidity on the mouth.
