11 Wells Spirits is a distillery established in 2013 in East Saint Paul, making their spirits from locally sourced ingredients. The Rye is made from 90% Minnesota Rye and 10% Malted Rye. Each bottling has subtle flavor differences from batch-to-batch, and receives a unique number.
