Expand your palate with a class at Surdyk’s!

Our classes are informal, educational, and incredibly fun! They’re held in Sidebar – our beautiful bar and restaurant tucked behind the Cheese Shop – on Monday evenings starting at 6:30 PM. Each class explores a unique topic and is led by an expert in the field. Check back often – we regularly add new classes!

What to expect:

• Classes typically run 60–90 minutes.
• Attendees must be 21 or older.
• Individual cheese plates are included with each class, unless otherwise noted.
• Reservations are available online only, up to noon on the day of the event.
• Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred (the new attendee must be 21+).
